Payment Terms and Conditions of The U Roots( Regrow Medical Store )

1. Product Amount
● Each product has a unique price and applicable GST @18% is charged on every
product.
● For Indian Nationals:
-For single product in cart:
[Product cost] + 18% GST
-For multiple product in cart:
[Total Product cost in cart] + 18% GST
● For Foreign Nationals:
A product priced will be charged in USD as per the prevailing exchange rate with
GST included.

2. Payment Method
Payments can be made via:
● Cash
● Credit/Debit Card
● Bank Transfer
For foreign nationals, payments are accepted via credit/debit card or bank transfer in USD.

3. Payment Timeline
● Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
● For pre-orders or bulk orders, a booking/advance amount may be required, with the
balance payable before dispatch.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
● Product unavailability after payment.
● The U Roots( Regrow Medical Store ) initiated cancellation of the order.
No refunds will be processed for:
Opened or used products.
Note:
● All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original
payment method.
● If a product defect is identified and verified at the time of delivery, it will be replaced
with a new item

5. Cancellation Policy
● Customer-initiated cancellations are allowed 24 hours before dispatch only.
● If a customer canceled after dispatch, no refund will be initiated.
● If The U Roots( Regrow Medical Store ) cancels the order, a full refund will be provided.

6. GST (Goods and Services Tax)
● GST @18% is applicable on all products as per Indian tax regulations.
● GST amount will be mentioned separately in the invoice.

7. Foreign Exchange
For foreign nationals:
● Payments are accepted in USD.
● Exchange rates are based on real-time prevailing rates.
● Any currency conversion charges will be borne by the buyer.

8. Payment Confirmation
● A payment receipt or confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
● Customers must retain the confirmation for any support, exchange, or warranty
purposes.
