Return policy for Uroots

 

Uroots prepares and dispatches every order with care. We value customer satisfaction and strive to provide products in the best possible condition, free from damage. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, we follow strict regulatory guidelines.

 

However, we strongly advise you to check your orders upon delivery and contact us if there are any discrepancies within 0-7 days.

 

When do we accept returns?

 

We provide a 7-day return window in the following cases only:

 

● Product(s) are damaged, broken, or tampered with.

● The product(s) delivered do not match your order - items are different from what you ordered.

● The product has expired or is near its expiry date (less than 3 months before the expiry date).

● Packaging is intact, and the seal is not broken; partially used or opened products are not eligible for return.

● The batch number of the product matches the one mentioned in the invoice.

 

Note: Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If the delivery box is damaged or tampered with, do not accept the order.

 

Non-returnable items:

 

● Opened, partially used products; the seal should be intact.

● Products without original packaging, invoice, or price tags. We will not accept returns if the barcode, serial number, or price tags are not intact.

● Prescription medications, for example, our finasteride tablets.

● Products marked as “non-returnable”.

● Wrong order placed at the customer's end is not eligible for return.

 

How to raise a return request:

 

To initiate a return, reach out to us at care@theuroots or text us at the WhatsApp number +91-6399110555 within 7 days of delivery.

 

1. Mention the Order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product/packaging in the email/text.

2. Our team will verify the complaint within 48 hours of receipt.

3. If the claim is verified, we will either initiate a refund or arrange a reverse pickup for replacement.

4. For a refund, please provide the following details to our customer support team.

● Bank Name

● Account Number

● Account Holder’s Name

● IFSC Code

UPI IDs are not accepted for refund initiation.

 

5. Once the refund is processed, it will take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
