Refund Policy of The U Roots( Regrow Medical Store )
At The U Roots( Regrow Medical Store ), we value customer satisfaction and strive to make your purchase
experience as smooth as possible. We understand that in rare cases, a refund may be
necessary. Our flexible refund policy is designed to address such situations in a fair and
transparent manner.

Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
● The product is unavailable after payment.
● The order is cancelled by U roots.
No refunds will be processed for:
Opened, used, or tampered products by the customer
Refund requests made after 24 hours of product delivery (unless the order was cancelled by The U Roots( Regrow Medical Store )).
Note:
● If a product defect is identified and verified at the time of delivery, it will be replaced
with a new item, not refunded.
● All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of
payment.

Refund Process
● Refunds are processed on the 4th and 19th of every month.
● To initiate a refund, customers must submit the required bank account details.
Note: UPI details are not accepted for refunds.
Required Bank Details
Please share the following information to process your refund:
● Bank Name
● Account Number
● Account Holder’s Name
● IFSC Code

Refund Timeline
Once processed, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 5–7 working days
from the processing date.

Cancellation Policy
● Order cancellations are allowed only 24 hours before dispatch date. If the
product has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.
● In case of cancellation after dispatch due to eligible reasons (such as wrong product
delivered), the product must be returned in unused and sealed condition.
