Terms and Conditions (Applicable from 05/10/2024)

1. TERMS OF USE
By accessing or using the U roots website or mobile application ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. ABOUT US
Regrow Medical Store is owned and operated by Regrow Medical Store Private Limited ("Regrow Medical Store", "we", "us", "our"). We operate in compliance with applicable laws, including the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. 3. PLATFORM SERVICES
The Platform enables:
- Online sale of pharmaceutical and wellness products (excluding Schedule X drugs)
- Delivery via verified third-party logistics providers
- Upload and validation of prescriptions
- Consultation with certified pharmacists where required

4. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under Indian law. By using the Platform, you confirm that any information or prescriptions submitted on behalf of others are done with full legal authorization.

5. REGISTRATION
You must register and create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration.

6. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation and dispatch details through email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days. Public holidays may impact timelines.

7. PRESCRIPTION PRODUCTS
7.1 Uploading Prescriptions: Certain products require a valid prescription by a registered medical practitioner in India. You must upload a legible image or scanned copy during order placement.

7.2 Verification: Our licensed pharmacists will verify each prescription. Orders with invalid, unreadable, or missing prescriptions within 24 hours may be canceled with applicable refund policies.

7.3 Substitutes: If your prescription allows, or only salt compositions are provided, we may suggest equivalent substitutes. No substitution will be dispatched without your consent.

7.4 Archiving: All prescriptions uploaded will be stored securely for audit and compliance purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. AGE RESTRICTION
Only users 18 years or older may order prescription drugs. If ordering for a minor, you must have legal authority.

9. DELIVERY SERVICE
Regrow Medical Store partners with courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Xpressbees. You will receive tracking links post-dispatch. Accurate delivery addresses must be provided. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses will not be eligible for refunds.

10. SHIPPING POLICY
- Prepaid orders above ₹499: Free shipping
- COD orders: Flat ₹49 per order
- Non-serviceable PIN codes may result in order cancellation

11. PAYMENT MODES (via Razorpay)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay)
- Net Banking, Razorpay Wallet
- Pay Later & Cardless EMI (as available)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected cities

Regrow Medical Store does not store any card or UPI details. All payments are encrypted and PCI DSS compliant.

12. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

13. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
13.1 Returns are accepted ONLY IF:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product damaged during delivery
- Product expired on arrival

13.2 Conditions:
- Must raise request within 7 days
- Send order ID, reason, and photos via email or WhatsApp
- Items will be inspected before refunds are issued

13.3 Refund Timelines:
- Prepaid: 5–7 business days via original method
- COD: Refund via bank transfer (account details required)

13.4 Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products
- Refrigerated items
- Personal hygiene products
- Products with tampered packaging

14. CONSULTATION DISCLAIMER
Regrow Medical Store may facilitate teleconsultation with certified doctors or pharmacists through third-party providers. Any medical advice received is independent, and Regrow Medical Store is not liable for its outcome.

15. PRODUCT LIABILITY
Regrow Medical Store is a distributor, not a manufacturer. Any claim due to adverse effects, batch defects, or quality must be raised with the product manufacturer. We can assist in such communications but accept no liability.

16. NON-AVAILABILITY
If a product is unavailable, you will be contacted via your registered communication mode. No charges will apply for undelivered items.

17. FORCE MAJEURE
Regrow Medical Store shall not be responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, lockdowns, or changes in law.

18. PRIVACY POLICY

19. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION
You agree to receive transactional messages via SMS, email, and WhatsApp. You may opt-out of promotional messages anytime.

20. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Platform—including product listings, blogs, images, and designs—are owned by Regrow Medical Store and may not be reproduced without permission.

21. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Regrow Medical Store and its stakeholders against any claims, losses, or damages arising from breach of these terms or applicable law.

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Regrow Medical Store liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

23. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
